Q: Isn't glass fragile? How can it be shipped?
A: Glass is much stronger than people think it is. While it still needs extra care more so than other items may need, it will not break easily if it is well-made and properly packaged. Glass can take a hit as demonstrated in the video below. So, even if it experiences a collision, the glass may be fine with only a few scratches. Still, our goal is to get your product to you in perfect condition so we will do our best to package the product accordingly so that it arrives safe and undamaged. 

Q: How are the products packaged? 
A: Our products are packaged by packers who are experienced with glass products. They use the best methods and materials to ensure the items travel safely. Even with all the precautions, accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please refer to the question below. 

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: We do our best to ensure that each product arrives undamaged and in great condition but accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, take pictures of the damaged item(s) and email them to us at shop@glass.com along with your order number found in your order confirmation email.

Q: What if I need to modify my order?
A: If your order needs modified, please contact us as soon as possible by calling at 888-854-5277 or emailing at shop@glass.com. 

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your order, please call us at 888-854-5277 or email us at shop@glass.com. We will process the refund, but it may take several days for the changes to be reflected by your bank.
