Glass.com was founded by Lyle Hill and Debra Levy as a way to bring together their resources and knowledge so that they could provide the best services for consumers.

Lyle Hill, President of Glass.com, is quite the veteran in the glass and metal industry since he has been in the field for 48 years. He received his MBA from IIT  Hill has managed glass retail, contract glazing, mirror, windows, and automotive glass businesses throughout the United States. He is known as the "face" of the architectural glass industry. He is the author of "The Broken Tomato".

Debra Levy is the CEO of Glass.com and founder of Key Media and Research (KMR) which specializes in information and data about the glass industry. KMR prints and digitizes five industry-related magazines, four daily e-newsletters, and three weekly ones. It also owns and manages several industry trade shows, publishes books, and technical papers that are glass-related. Levy sits on industry committees such as the ANSI Z 97 Safety Glazing Committee, The Repair of Laminated Auto Glass Standards Committee, and others. Deb has a Masters in Science concentrating in Community Economics from Southern New Hampshire University and an undergraduate degree from University of New York at Albany with concentrations in Spanish and Math.

Levy speaks and writes on glass-related topics and educates television networks as a "glass expert". Her dream has always been getting proper information about glass out to the general public while referring them to the best shops for glass and glazing work. It was a dream able to be fulfilled once the world wide web was developed.

Daniel Snow is the Vice President of Operations for Glass.com. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from George Mason University. Prior to being on the Glass.com team, Daniel was working at a prominent glass information company before he was asked to manage Glass.com. While Glass.com has been under his management, Glass.com was awarded first place for the Best New or Relaunched Website and Graphic Design from the Software & Information Industry Association. He has educated consumers about glass while working with TV personalities from Susan Hogan from News4 Washington, Richard Rawlings on Discovery Channel's Fast and Loud, and Dustin Anderson on HGTV's Fixer Upper.

Prior to this, Daniel was a marketing specialist for a sales team in the real estate industry. He spent a summer working at a family-owned and operated glass shop before attending college and is certified by the Auto Glass Safety Council.
